Ok. So my 5th blog? Not technically my idea. Kristen deserves the credit. Since we have devoured many a donut (and other really healthy meals) together, I guess we can provide support for each other in our non-donut journey as well.
I did the hard core diet thing last year. I don't want to do that this year. But I would like to be able to cross the 1/2 marathon finish line, leaner and feeling good about what I eat. Also I figure if I'm eating better I stand a better chance at actually finishing the race.
If anyone has other links or ideas for this blog, just let me know. Kristen's idea (I think!?!) was to write down what we eat each day as an accountability type thing. As in if we have to post here what we eat, we are less likely to eat 5 donuts in one sitting followed by a yummy Blue Ribbon Red Robbin burger. We'll see how it goes...........
